These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookkeeping services provided by Onix Accounting ("Onix", "we", "us"). For paid work, your signed engagement letter or proposal sets out the specific scope and price, and takes priority if it differs from these terms.
1. Our services
We provide bookkeeping, account reconciliation, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable support, payroll journal entries, catch-up bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online setup, and advisory services, as described in your plan.
Not included unless agreed in writing: preparing or filing tax returns, running payroll, sales tax filings, audits or assurance work, and legal advice. We prepare tax-ready financial records for your CPA or tax preparer, who is responsible for your tax filings.
2. Pricing and billing
- Plan prices on this website are in US dollars and are starting points. Your final price is confirmed in writing after the discovery call.
- Monthly fees are invoiced monthly. Catch-up and one-time projects are quoted before work starts.
- If your transaction volume or number of accounts stays above your plan's limits for three months in a row, we'll discuss moving you to the right plan before any price change.
- Software subscriptions, such as QuickBooks Online, are billed separately by their providers.
3. Term and cancellation
Plans are month-to-month. Either party can end the service with 30 days' written notice by email. Fees for work already completed remain payable. When service ends, we'll hand over your records and you can remove our system access.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us timely access to bank statements, receipts and other documents we request.
- Answer questions about transactions so we can categorize them correctly.
- Review the reports we send and tell us promptly about anything that looks wrong.
Our delivery timelines, including reports typically being ready by the 10th of the month, depend on receiving these items on time.
5. Accuracy and reliance
We work carefully, but our work relies on the information you and your financial institutions provide. We don't audit or verify that information. Business, tax and financial decisions remain your responsibility.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your business and financial information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
8. Website use
Content on this website is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Images are illustrative. We may update the site and these terms at any time; the effective date shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless your engagement letter states otherwise.
